Conditions of participation:

Orange Let Your Music Play is a musical event created by Orange Communications SA (“Orange”) to discover new groups and singers.

The winner of Orange Let Your Music Play will enjoy the privilege of having a “master” of the winning piece produced by professionals at the Dinemic Studio in Gland.

Orange will cover all the costs of producing the master, which will be presented to the winner.

The winner must authorise Orange to use the winning piece at no cost to Orange other than any royalties to be paid to performing rights societies, notably SUISA.

All Swiss groups of all musical genres are invited to take part in Orange Let Your Music Play. They will be required to demonstrate their talent by winning as many votes as possible on the competition website.

The competition runs from 1 September to 30 November 2009. To register, groups must create a profile and submit at least one of their pieces, which will be shown on X-treme. By uploading these to the Orange Let Your Music Play platform they submit them to public voting and authorise Orange to publish them.

*Lyrics which are racist, offensive or sexist will not be accepted or published. All information in the profile must be correct and accurate and all images must show the groups themselves. Immoral statements will not be permitted. Orange reserves the right to delete profiles which fail to meet these conditions.

Public voting from 1 September 2009 to 30 November 2009:

The public will be invited to vote on the Orange Let Your Music Play website to select the five groups or artists for the semi-final. Only one vote per person per day is permitted.

The semi-final:
